Our Mission....

Our mission is to save lives and reduce suffering from breast cancer through improved early detection, education, and access to healthcare.

Partners for Breast Cancer Care, Inc. is a unique organization that is dedicated to serving our community's women and men who desperately need our help. We fund breast screening and diagnostic testing for underserved Lee County women and men at no cost to them. Our clients are carefully screened for qualification. We have experienced an increase in the number of people needing our services in the past few years while funding has become increasingly more difficult to secure. We are a “one-of-a-kind" organization offering no-cost breast health care to Lee County residents, many of whom have nowhere else to turn for assistance.
Partners for Breast Cancer Care, Inc. is the only non-profit organization in Lee County that provides no-cost breast screening and diagnostic testing to low-income, uninsured women and men of any age. Since 2006 we have helped 8,292 residents and provided nearly 14,000 breast care procedures at no cost to our clients. During this time we have expended $1,688,194. Our services fund mammograms, ultrasounds, stereotactic, ultrasound-guided and MRI guided biopsies, surgical consultations, breast MRI and excisional breast biopsy. In the past 8.5 years we have diagnosed 1 man and 116 women with breast cancer.

Caloosa Jeepers night at the Miracle baseball game.

PfBCC recently was awarded a check for $18,000 from the Caloosa Jeepers during the July 29th Miracle baseball game at Hammond Stadium.  The Caloosa Jeepers work tirelessly to help the community with fund raising events.  We are so very appreciative of their efforts and the money they donated will go a long way to helping those in the community that need our help!

A major contributor to Partners for Breast Cancer Care

Partners for Breast Cancer Care, Inc. is sincerely grateful to the Susan G. Komen SWFL for the granted funds we have received since 2003. Our organization is devoted to saving lives in Lee County and we strive to maintain our partnership with the SWFL affiliate. In the last 12 months we served 544 women and men, of which 8 were diagnosed with breast cancer. Together we are making a huge difference in our community.
